Seiko mod watches are custom timepieces built around genuine Japanese Seiko movements, fitted with aftermarket dials, hands, bezels and cases to create something that doesn't exist from the factory. The movement is real Seiko. Everything around it is chosen and assembled by hand.

Every watch in this collection is built individually by Kevin and inspected before it ships — dial alignment, bezel click, crown threading, caseback torque. These are the details that separate a good mod from a poor one, and they don't survive mass production.

Choosing your movement. The NH35 is a mechanical automatic, self-winding from the motion of your wrist, with a sweeping seconds hand and no battery. Pick it if you want a traditional mechanical watch. The VK63 and VK64 are meca-quartz chronographs, pairing quartz accuracy with a mechanical chronograph that snaps back instantly when reset. Pick it if you want a chronograph that stays accurate and needs no winding.

Sapphire crystal is standard across the range, not an upgrade. Cases are 316L stainless steel.
