PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. In case of significant delays, we will contact you via email or phone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
We offer standard shipping for all orders with an estimated delivery time of 4-12 days after processing. Please note, this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Zjaniwatches is not responsible for customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
DAMAGES
Zjaniwatches is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging and damaged items before filing a claim. If the damage is on the product itself, such as a malfunctioning or damaged watch, email us at support@zjaniwatches.com so we can assist in resolving the issue.
