Return Policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including an unaltered strap, unused, unworn, with all stickers intact, and free of wear, scratches, or stains. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zjaniwatches.com . Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. If you have any questions about the return process, feel free to reach out to us at support@zjaniwatches.com .

Orders are processed immediately, so cancellations are not possible once production begins. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that customized orders cannot be canceled once parts have been sourced or production has started.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to customer error, sizing issues, or a change of mind.

Once we have inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.

Please check your order upon arrival and report any defects, damages, or incorrect items immediately for resolution.

Please note that custom-configured watches are not eligible for return or refund. Ensure your selection is final before placing your order.
